Stornoway services and history
Stornoway started as a statement against the sloppy professional standards that dominated the field of construction services 20 years ago. We wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our clients’ problems.
The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence at everything we do.

I’m so glad you’re here. It’s truly an honor that you’d like to learn more about me.
At my core, I’m a queer-identified individual whose journey has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to the LGBTQ+ community. Like so many, my story includes overcoming childhood challenges, trauma, and adversity. But over time, I’ve come to see those experiences not as defining me, but as refining me. They shaped my determination to embrace who I truly am and live authentically.
As I found my own voice, I felt called to use it to help others in the LGBTQ+ community. Today, as a coach and advocate, I work to amplify the voices of those who are often overlooked, while pushing for inclusivity and equity in every space. My mission is to empower LGBTQ+ professionals to feel seen, valued, and confident in embracing their authentic selves—because I believe that’s where our true power lies.
Through my work, I’ve realized that our natural strengths—those unique talents we all possess—are the foundation for achieving our goals and creating a life of meaning and fulfillment. That’s why I founded UDOU Coaching & Consulting and became a CliftonStrengths® coach: to guide others in discovering, developing, and leveraging their strengths to overcome challenges and thrive.
